I assume you are asking why Opera and Chrome browsers are slow to startup but not totally sure. Can you please confirm that really is your question.
If I am correct please tell us in detail how you installed those browsers; neither of them is a default install and I have never used either of those two.

I have chrome installed. Was a manual install. I can confirm that 12 hours ago, that the 'dl.google.com/linux' server was down. It could not find even find the google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb file to DL...
When Chrome starts, it checks to see if there is a newer version or update. It makes sense that when did it's update check on what is current, if that server is down, that it might take a while to start...
But I can also confirm that "that" server is up today, and it only takes my 12 year old laptop 6 seconds to come up and paint the page (right now)...
Not saying that was this User's problem, though I thought I would mention that.

I assume it is your opera and chrome. I have installed this two web browsers in my Ubuntu 22.04 and it works smoothly great. I haven't experience any issue you mentioned. I wonder you have this issues. Can you elaborate more about your issues and how did you install your web browsers you mentioned? Regards and cheers.
